Shulla Sr., Janice E. James and Pamela R. Gartman; his sister-in-law Titana Shulla; his nephew John W. Gartman; and his niece Christina Hill.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Shulla (McKinney); his stepsons, Bryan Chapman and Shaun Chapman; his children, Amanda Crum (Will) and Charles Holder; his grandchildren, Conner Chapman, Rae Lee Holder, Robert Holder, Reimund Crum, Lilith Uhrig and Phoenix R. Uhrig; his brothers, Frank Shulla (Lucy), Mark Shulla Sr. (Bonnie), Tim Miller (Becky) and Robert Olmstead; and his nephews, Hunka and Sundance.
