He was predeceased by: his parents, Cora Christian of Elmira and Clayton Christian of Elmira; his sister Alice Jackson (Park); and his brothers-in-law, Richard Gaylord, Gene Merrick and Bub Walburn.
He is survived by: his wife Faye Carol Christian (Hager); his children, Victoria Jackson, Cynthia Christian, Linda Hollenbeck (Louis), John Christian and Marjorie Smith (Dan); and his sisters, Barbra McCarthy (Bill), Ruthrie Merrick, Annie Gaylord and Margie Walburn. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren.
