He is survived by: his parents, Emery W. Card and Mary V. Card (Cummings); his sons, Craig Card, Shawn Card and Todd Card; his grandchildren, MacKenzie Card, Ivey Card, Johnathon Card and Shawnnah Card; his brother Danny Card (Pat); and his niece Theresa VanOrman.
