She is survived by: her husband Arthur Ray Cook of Spencer County; her daughter Deborah Lynn Cook of Spencer County; her siblings, Elwood McKinney (Ruble) of Lawrenceburg, William McKinney (Mary) of Taylorsville, Imogene Mobley of Taylorsville, Annie Whitaker of Taylorsville and Bonnie Runner (Larry) of Louisville; her grandchildren, Austin Cook and Alexis Cook; and her great grandchild Tristin Ray Cook.
