It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frederick Garland (Spencer, New York), who passed away on November 21, 2018, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Adelaide Mae Kelly Garland; and his brothers, Jim, Chance, Edgar, Lee and Jerry.

He is survived by: his parents, Clarence E. Garland and Helen Irma Garland (Struble); and his children, Chris Garland (Jamie) and Miss Judi Garland. He is also survived by sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews.
