She is survived by: her spouse Nicholas D'Alleva; her children, Nakiya D'Alleva (Seth Rumsey) and Kai Antonio D'Alleva (Heather Noel North); her grandchildren, Nicholas Daniel and Gillian Michelle D'Alleva; her friends, Jerry Carr and Patricia Carr; and her child Barbara (Nicholas).

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Schuyler Hospital, 220 Steuben Street, Montour Falls, NY 14865.
