With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William J. Phelan Jr. of Speigletown, New York, who passed away on June 2, 2023 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. William Phelan and Margaret Phelan (Whelan) of Troy, NY.; and his brothers, Joseph Phelan, Paul Phelan and Michael Phelan.
He is survived by: his wife Mildred Phelan (Pawlowski); his daughters, Christine Galuski (John) of Cohoes, Kathleen DeStasio (Richard) of Long Island and Sheila Phelan of Glenville; his grandchildren, Lauren Galuski, Courtney Schueler (John), Michael Galuski, Brandon DeStasio, Hailey DeStasio, Grace DeStasio and Danielle DeMarco; his great grandchildren, Camden and Brooks Schueler; and his brothers, Thomas Phelan of Cape May, NJ and Arthur Phelan of Latham, NY. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, friends & neighbors.
