He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Moran and Helen Cowen Moran; and his siblings, Francis "Frank" Moran (late Mary), James Moran (late Rita), Daniel Moran, William Moran (Mary), Edward Moran (late Theresa) and Shirley Burton (late Frank).
He is survived by: his wife Paula Hebert Moran; his children, Paula Weglarz (James), Michele Peplowski (Robert) and Kathleen Moran (Tom Fera); his siblings, John "Jack" Moran (Patricia) and Margaret "Peggy" Larkin (late Robert); his grandchildren, Eric Weglarz, Alex Weglarz (Erica Lehnert), Samantha Bartczak (Bryan), Carley Peplowski (Will) and Elisse Brown (Jamie); and his great grandchild Serenity Sage Weglarz. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
