James Laposta Sr. Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Laposta Sr. (Speigletown, New York), born in Troy, New York, who passed away on April 5, 2019. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John J. LaPosta, Sr. and Madeline Cupolo LaPosta; and his brothers, Anthony, John, Jr. and Frank LaPosta.
He is survived by: his spouse Margaret Garren LaPosta of Clifton Park; his children, James E. LaPosta, Jr. (Susie) of Connecticut, John G. LaPosta (Tina Kruger) of Niskayuna and Kathi M. Carney (Mark) of Nashville; and his grandchildren, Garren, Joseph, Nicholas, Sophia LaPosta, James E. LaPosta, III and Diane LaPosta. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
