He was loved and cherished by many people including: his daughter Michelle Watkins; his grandchildren, Danielle and Michael; his siblings, Raymond Watkins, Dick Watkins and Terrie Watkins; his sister-in-law Carol Shady; and his sister Sherry Castellaw. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
