He is survived by: his parents, Jessica Micha and Paul Richard Micha; his siblings, Natalie Tuetken (Timothy), Lori Houston (Michael), Cindy Micha, Richard T. Micha and David "Butch" Skellett; his pet Bailey; and his daughters, Makenzie, Bailey and Blue. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews; and countless friends.
