He was predeceased by: his parents, John J. Mulleedy and Marguerite Wise Mulleedy. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Schuurman Mulleedy; and his sisters, Brenda (Keith McIntyre), Joyce (Edward Schuurman) and Debra (Daniel Williams). He is also survived by 8 nieces and nephews and 16 grand nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to his beloved Speculator Volunteer Ambulance Corps.
