She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey Conklin and Marie Mae Ludwig Conklin; her husband Joseph Hopko, Jr.; her daughter Bernadette Hopko; her son-in-law John Healy; her granddaughter Therese Sullivan; her siblings, Rafford, Bernard, Eugene, Francis, Joseph Conklin and Mary Conklin; and her siblings-in-law, John Vogelsang and Alice Conklin.
She is survived by: her children, Joseph Hopko III (Pat) of Sparrowbush, NY, Jean Healey of Port Jervis, Agnes Van Strander (Terry) of Port Jervis, Genevieve Groenestyn-Umphlett (Wayne) of Franklin, VA and Lisa Watson of Port Jervis; and her sister Patricia Vogelsang of Walden, NY.. She is also survived by her 12 grandchildren, 2 honorary grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren and 7 great great grandchildren.
