She was predeceased by: her parents, James Higgins and Dolores Higgins; her brother Alfred Higgins (Sonny Boy); and her nephew James Joseph Smith. She is survived by: her husband Michael Orrego, Sr. of Paul's Church; her children, Michelle Culleny (Robert), Cassandra Orrego and Michael Orrego, Jr. (Amberle Bernardo); her grandchildren, Kaylie Rose Culleny, Robert Leo Culleny, Jr. and Scarlett Madison Orrego; her siblings, Donna Rocco (Tom) and Michael Higgins; and her niece Christina Morrison (David).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Port Jervis Volunteer Ambulance Corps or St. Jude Children's Hospital.
