He was predeceased by: his parents, Deogracias Zacarias and Flora Perez; and his siblings, Sixto Zacarias, Perla Junio, Lani Zacarias and Mercedes Zacarias.

He is survived by: his wife Lolita; his son Dione Keith Zacarias; and his sister Ancing Flores.

His knowledge and guidance were the foundation of his family.
