He is survived by: his wife Susan Michelle Payton; his brothers, Nicholas P. Hall of Wisconsin and Mike D. Hall (Joni) of Michigan; his former wife Jodi M. Hall of Springfield; his niece Christine N. Hall of South Carolina; his nephew Jeffrey A. Hall (Brooke) of Springfield; and his brother-in-law Stephen M. Payton of Decatur.
