He is survived by: his parents, David Gilmartin and Linda Gilmartin; his wife Kathleen Murray; his daughters, Marin and Reagan; his mother-in-law Helen Murray; his siblings, Rooney (Cherish), Billy, Patty (Shawn), Alicia (Russell), Danny (Megan), Brendan (Jennifer) and Mike (Shaye); his siblings-in-law, Kerrie Murray-Santare (Dennis) and Michael Murray (Fiona); and his nieces and nephews, Hayden, Devin, Liam, Ryan, Anna, Kevin, Megan, Timmy, Paddy, Jack, Maddie, Declan, Aidan, Gavin, Kieran, Gigi, Sean, Grace and Connor.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Caron Treatment Center, Seafield Center, and the Southampton Volunteer Ambulance.
