He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Mari Morford and Gordon Morford; his cousins, Evan of Southampton and David Nadal of Southampton; his children, Peter, Judy Christrup of Shelter Island, Jimmy Greenhut of Orlando, Richard Mortimer of Locust Valley, Joyce "Chip" Kilmer of Medford, Chris Rout of New York and Christian Bruce; and his cousins, Chattanooga, Dan Feldman of Pound Ridge, Kathie Christrup (CT) of Danbury, Steve Nardy (FL) of Jupiter, Mike Martin of New York, Paul Groueff of Missoula, Scott MacWhinnie of New York, Tish, Andrew McIlwraith of Brookline and George Lowther (CT) of Riverside.
Peter's family suggests donations in his memory be made to the Southampton Hospital Foundation, which saved his life on several occasions, and the Southampton Animal Shelter Foundation, from which he adopted his beloved cats, Sasha and Max.
