She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin Birnbaum and Anna Birnbaum; her husband Emerson D. Ridgway; and her son David E. Ridgway. She is survived by: her sister Virginia Christiansen of Hampton Bays; her daughters, Mary-Alice Halsey of Southampton and Dorothea Ettman (David) of Seneca Falls; her nephew Roger Kelsch (Jim); her grandchildren, Matthew (Carrie), Jamie (Emily), Andrew Ridgway, Eric (Lauren), Janine Halsey (Donald), Kelsey, Melissa and Katie Ettman (Collin); her great grandchildren, Morgan, Hannah Ridgway, Mya and Chase Halsey; and also, Mary Ellen, Tom Pearson, Linda Ashcraft and Ward Ackerman.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Brockett Funeral Home (203 Hampton Rd, Southampton, NY 11968). A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Brockett Funeral Home - Rev (203 Hampton Rd, Southampton, NY 11968).
