He is survived by: his wife Nuriyanti; his former spouses, Dana Distefano (Chris), Andrew Distefano (Mary), Nikki Distefano, Carolann Doncourt (Nick), Darrin Miller (Katora) and Anthony Cobb-Hubbard; and his grandchildren, Bodhi, Zofia Czarske, Myla, Charlotte Distefano, Landon, Lucas Longnecker, Autumn and Tatumn Miller.
