He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Ross Harp, Sr. and Bessie Fredericks Harp; his siblings, Bessie Elliott and Earl Harp; and his sons-in-law, Richard T. Fowler and William H. Corwith.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Rose Harp; his daughters, Carolyn R. Corwith of Water Mill, NY and Margaret H. Fowler of Southampton, NY.; his grandchildren, Katelyn Corwith of Water Mill, NY, Janet Corwith Miller of Water Mill, NY, Richard of Southampton and Andrew Fowler of Southampton; and his great grandchildren, Richard and Charles Fowler. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
