He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charlotte C. Raynor and Charles B. Raynor; his wife Charlotte; his children, Michelle Cusanno (Charles), Peter Raynor (Nicole) and Megan Minogue; and his grandchildren, Amelia, Aidan, Nicholas, Nathan and Delaney.
In leiu of flowe5rs the family asked that a donation be made to the North Sea Fire Department Scholarship Fund.
