She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles C. Belz and Margaret A. Belz (Murray); and her sister Betty J.. She is survived by: her niece Deborah L. Chipman (Jay A.); her nephew Gerard C. Nowak (Kathy M.); and her great-niece Jill A. Chipman. She is also survived by cousins, and friends.
