He was predeceased by: his spouse Mary H. Koszuta; and his sibling Leonard Koszuta. He is survived by: his children, Jackie Bogdan (Michael), Karen Hummel (late Michael), Susan and Howard; and his sibling Eleanor Urbanczyk. He is also survived by six grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
