He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Crystal Heater and Mellissa Rozell (Corey); his parents, Barbara Heater and Judson Heater; his brothers, Jeffrey, Mark (Shannon) and David (Jennifer); his nieces and nephews, Josh, Jamie, Travis, MacKenzie, Kari, Joe (Amanda) and John (Amanda); his great-niece Harlee; and his friends, Bob and Marsha Perry. He was also cherished by 3 grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks memorials be made to the American Legion Post 362.
