She was predeceased by: her husband David C. George Sr.; and her parents, William Spencer and Wilma Spencer. She is survived by: her children, David Jr. (Robin), Victoria E. Anthon (Jeffrey), Lisa L. (Joan), Spencer Todd and Scott H. (Christine); and her sisters, Jeane Trank (late Gerald), Linda Spencer and Karen Prokop (Joe). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
