He was predeceased by: his father Nicholas A. Perry; and his sister Barbara Perry. He is survived by: his mother Donna T. Perry (Conrad); his children, Riley Perry of West Seneca, Madison Perry of Strykersville, Nolan Perry of West Seneca and Morgan Perry of Strykersville; and his siblings, Theresa Bernard (Steve) of Arcade, Nick Perry III (Dawn) of Strykersville, Herb Perry (Rhonda) of Strykersville, Mark Perry of North Java, Luke Perry of Java Village, Anna DeLoach (Miguel) of Adkins, TX and Regina Perry of Strykersville. He is also survived by nine nieces and nephews, one great nephew and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Boys and Girls Club of Holland.
