He was predeceased by: his siblings, Mark and Paula Adamczyk. He is survived by: his spouse Terry; his sons, David II, Michael (Heather) and Daniel (Tamara); his grandchildren, Daniel, Aurora, Adalynn and Grace; and his sisters, Betsy Runick, Phyllis Adamczyk, Nancy Musca and Judy Drozdowski. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
