We are sad to announce that on June 3, 2023, at the age of 81, Michael J. Toner of South Setauket, New York, born in Manhattan, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Mary Breen Toner; his children, Michael Toner of Cornelius, N. C., Dr. Laura Toner of Manhattan, NY, Timothy Toner (Jennifer Kittay) and Daniel Toner (Meghan Quigley); his grandchildren, Emma Toner, Dalton Toner, Margaret Toner, Cormac Toner and Fiona Toner; his sister Maureen Toner Barry (Brian Barry); his niece Kathleen Barry Conner (Christopher Conner); his nephews, Patrick Barry, Sean Toner (Stephanie McGuire) and Hugh Toner; and his parents, Jean Brown and Hugh A. Toner.
In lieu of flowers, a donation can be made in his memory to The College of the Holy Cross, Class of '63.
