Ramona left this world on February 14, 2025 at the age of 82, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her mother Juana Arce; and her husband Jose Miguel Collazo Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Jose Collazo Jr. (Tonya), Leonardo Collazo (Margarita) and Juanita Dobis (Erick); her grandchildren, Joseph Collazo, Olivia Collazo, Logan Dobis, Elena Dobis, Damon Neal (Kyla), Adriana Vasquez (Christian Diaz) and Karina Valachovic (Zane); and her great grandchildren, Zion Neal, Lennox Neal, Oaklyn Neal, Reyna Vasquez and Damon Vasquez.
Viewing was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Leo F. Kearns, Inc. (61-40 Woodhaven Blvd, Rego Park, NY 11374). A Mass was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Resurrection Ascension Roman Catholic Church (85-25 61st Rd, Rego Park, NY 11374).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Ramona's memory to the American Lung Association.
