He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Dyjak and Louise Pilarski Dyjak. He is survived by: his wife Anne Dyjak; his daughters, Anne Dyjak (Joseph Filo) of Warren, NJ, Patricia Dyjak of Stevens Point, WI and Kathryn Dyjak (Joseph Joseph) of Brooklyn; and his brothers, Raymond Dyjak, Lawrence Dyjak (Lucinda) of Pittsburgh, PA and Robert Dyjak (Martha) of Eldersburg, MD. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
