He is survived by: his children, Jaq Bonham (George) of Cortland, Jeri Kober (James) of Macedon and Michael Ortiz (Debbie) of Raleigh, NC.; his grandchildren, Toby Bonham (Elizabeth), Amber DeLarm (Crispian), Jodi O'Dell (John), Alan Altman (Amanda), Kelsey Bock (Brett), Alexa Mortensen (Magnus) and Lauren Ross (Brian); and his sister Muriel Breeze of Florida. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
