She was predeceased by: her parents, George Smyth and Irene Smyth (Roberts); and her siblings, Douglas Smyth and Jeanne Comes. She is survived by: her daughters, Patricia Beekman of Colorado, Christine Beekman (David Dawson) of California and Katharine Fiduccia (Peter); and her grandchildren, Peter Fiduccia of Ithaca, Olivia Dawson of Utah and Maxwell Dawson of Oregon. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
