He was predeceased by: his parent John Doetch; his siblings, Johnnie Doetch, Oliver Doetch, Troy Doetch, Donald Doetch, Harold Doetch, Imogene Thompson, Margaret Jones, Maryann Mayer, Phyllis Miller and Jessie Doetch; and his stepson Edward Hotte.
He is survived by: his parent Ethel Doetch (Deitz); his wife Dawn Doetch; his children, Kathy Pettit of Los Angeles and Troy Doetch of North Carolina; and his stepchildren, Russell Hotte of Queensbury, Debra Hotte of Fort Ann, Mark Hotte (Laurie) of Glens Falls, Gary Hotte of Glens Falls and Robert Hotte. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
