She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Jim Tarter of Rockville and Doris Tarter of Rockville; her husband Alan; her children, Mathew Turner of Islamorada Florida, Shelby (Mike Dorman) of Queensbury and Davis Turner; and her brother Roger Tarter of Crawfordsville.
