It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Rita Marie Kopp (South Glens Falls, New York), born in Saranac Lake, New York, who passed away on August 28, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Jones and Hazel Jones (Nason); and her brother Dale Jones. She is survived by: her children, Geoffrey Ruff (Sharon) of Moreau and Melissa Howard (Russell) of Hartford; her grandchildren, Joshua Ruff of Pikeville, NC, Patrick Ruff of Pikeville, NC, Isabel Ruff of Glens Falls, Julia Howard of Kingston and Calvin Howard of Hartford; her great grandchildren, Clementine Taylor and Sophia Ruff of Pikeville, NC; her brothers, William Jones (Elaine) and Wayne Jones (Lorraine) of Gansevoort; and her sister-in-law Lynda Jones. She is also survived by several nieces nephews and cousins.
