He was predeceased by: his parents, Cassius Burlett and Marian Burlett (Knapp); his brother Tommy Tatsey; and his pet Gretchen. He is survived by: his children, Deb Jr and Ray Jr.; his wife Lynn; his children, Debra Shay (Vincent) and Raymond Burlett Jr. (Valerie); his grandchildren, Jessica Casey (John), Kayla Mound, Victoria Burlett, Olivia Burlett, Oliver Caron and Nora Caron; his great grandchildren, John Eggleston, Layna Sheppard and Brennan Casey; and his siblings, Cassie Rotman, Jean Burlett and John Tatsey (Carol). He is also survived by his children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
