He was predeceased by: his parents, John Lewis and Catherine Lewis; and his brother Shawn Lewis of Danbury, CТ.. He is survived by: his wife Gail Lewis; his stepdaughters, Doreen Miller, South and Teri Kilmer (Scott) of Pine Plains, NY; and his siblings, Richard Lewis of Danbury, CT and Eileen Capellaro of Danbury, CT. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
