Michael Joseph touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Evelyn LaBarge and Jerome "Mike" Laney; and his siblings, Jerry, Gloria and Debbie.

He is survived by: his wife Kathleen; his children, Lisa Aubrey, Jerry Laney (Terri), Kari Viele (Chad) and Michael Laney (Kristy); his granddaughters, Natalie and Meagan Aubrey; his children, Katie Connelly, Olivia, Patrick Laney, Catherine, Carman, Nicholas Casolo, Brent, Conor and Abigail Laney; his siblings, Peter Laney, Cynthia Murphy and Mark Laney; and his close friends, Mark Aubrey and Annie Lister.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 24th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the M. B. Kilmer Funeral Home- SGF (136 Main St, South Glens Falls, NY 12803). A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 25th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Monday, November 25th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the St. Mary's Cemetery (225 Main St, South Glens Falls, NY 12803).
