She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Jacobie and Ruth Jacobie (TenEyck). She is survived by: her spouse Lynn Pingrey; her daughters, Cynthia Hazelton (Sherrill) and Linda Pingrey (Piper); her grandchildren, Christopher Hazelton (Marcia), Sarah Hay (Ken), Meredith Hazelton, Lauren Mahaffey (Brock) and Erin Rose; her great grandchildren, Aubrey Hay, Mckenna Hazelton and Ellen Hay; and her cousin Irene Pedersen. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
