He was predeceased by: his parents, William F. Williams and Kathleen Williams (Roselle); his sister Mildred Jasmin (Earl); his brothers-in-law, Jack Rozelle (Charlotte) and Miles Cowles; and his son-in-law George Carinci.
He is survived by: his wife Ernestine C. Williams; his children, Rev. Shere Carinci of Raleigh, NC, Lori Dickinson of Pompano Beach, FL and Ken D. Williams; his grandchildren, Christine Hussain (Damien), Brook Dickinson (Jen), Danielle Mcinerney (Michael) and Kendra Kostek; his great grandchildren, Nauman Hussain, Evan Mcinerney, Elle Mcinerney, Chase Dickinson and Mattix Dickinson; and his sister-in-law Virginia Cowles. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
