She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Blackmer and Thelma Blackmer (McGann); her siblings, Buster, Bobby, Kenny, Paul, Emma, Irma, Ethel and Shirley; her granddaughter Allison Marie Palmer; and her close friend John Smith, Sr..
She is survived by: her children, Tracey MacPherson of Pennsylvania, James (Lisa Jo MacPherson, Jr.), Sabrina (Rick Monroe) and John (Shannon Smith, Jr.); her grandchildren, Paul, Josh, Jimmy, Jenna, Tara, Brandon, Carley, Ashlynn, Tyler, Kayla, Kameron and Jesse; and her siblings, Marlene, Betty, Anna Mae, Richard and Ida. She is also survived by 18 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Carleton Funeral Home, Inc. (68 Main St, Hudson Falls, NY 12839).
