He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Hobbs and Lena Hobbs (LaSage); his wife Sandy (Havens); his brother Hermann Hobbs; his son-in-law Manuel Rivera; his parents-in-law, Ralph and Mary Havens; his siblings-in-law, Daniel Havens, Leo Boyea and Judy Kibling (Havens); and also, Ella, AJ Huntington, Alta, Harold Barcomb, Thelma, Leonard Burdo, Glenn and Darwin Hobbs.
He is survived by: his children, Arthur Hobbs (Susan) of Georgia, Rhonda Hobbs Rivera of Florida, Tina Peck (Robert) and Carole Ann Ross (Darren) of Warrensburg; his stepchildren, April Diffee, Veljohn Diffee (Jessica) and Charles Conlon; his siblings, Gary Hobbs (Donna) of Hudson Falls and Irma Boyea of Chateaugay, NY; his siblings-in-law, Chris Fontaine (Barbara), George Dowling (Anna), Robert Kibling (Rita) and Flossie Hobbs; and his grandsons, Tyler, Cody and Hunter Briggs. He is also survived by his great grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
