She was predeceased by: her parents, Jose Sirera and Clotilde Sirera (Martinez); her siblings, Jose Sirera and Rosa Sirera; and her close friend Valintino Aurelio.

She is survived by: her husband Arthur Elzer; her great-nephew Juan Rizo; and her close friend Willie Washington of Queensbury.

Memorial donations in Connie's name can be made to the St. Michael's Church, 80 Saratoga Ave., South Glens Falls, NY 12803 or to Cornerstone Soup Kitchen, 239 ½ Main Street, Hudson Falls, NY 12839.
