He is survived by: his parents, Travis Baker and Amber Baker (DeCrescente); his great-grandparents, Linda, Phillip Giroux, Ethel and Leroy LaCross; his grandparents, Sara Giroux, John DeCrescente and Melissa Baker; his great-grandparents, John and Audrey DeCrescente; and his godparents, Shelby DeCrescente and Matthew Smith. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, the parents would request donations in Andrew's memory go to Ronald McDonald House of Albany, 139 South Lake Ave., Albany, NY 12208.
