She was predeceased by: her parents, Ambrose Faulkner and Irene Roberts; her stepfather Roger Roberts; her husband Lester C. Howard (Let); her son Kevin Howard; and her grandson Matthew Neitzel.
She is survived by: her children, Patt, Craig W. Howard, Kristen H. Griffin (Mark), Lisa Howard (Mike Donner) and Charles W. Howard (Karen); her granddaughters, Courtney Lynn Storms Charlotte A. (Matt) and Neitzel; her great grandchild Haylee Storms; and her caregiver Patty Harris.
