Stowe (South Colton, New York), born in Colton, New York, who passed away on November 12, 2018, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her daughter Shellie; her grandchildren, Chris Rutledge of Massena, Michelle Rutledge, Jamie, Niki Rutledge and Colton; her great grandchildren, Sydney Rutledge Pontious, Skye Rutledge, Alayna Rutledge and Jaedyn Rutledge; her sister Evelyn Comins; her son Stephen Stowe; and her brother Robert Ames.
