He was predeceased by: his parents, John Ufholz Sr. and Christine Ufholz (Vogel); his siblings, Josef Ufholz and Bertha Ufholz; and his son-in-law William S. Arliss.
He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Ufholz (Tobin); his children, Laura Ufholz-Arliss (Michael Fox) of Sodus and James Ufholz (Misty) of Newark; his brothers, John Ufholz Jr. (Eppie) of Sodus and Peter Ufholz (Jan) of Gates, NC; his granddaughter Erica Hendrikse (Matthew II) of Ontario; and his great grandchildren, Matthew III, Ryan and Briella. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
