He was predeceased by: his father Michael; and his brother Brian. He is survived by: his children, Nicole (Dan), James and DJ; his mother Jeanne; and his siblings, Mike (Josephine) and Kathy Fusaro (Dan). He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
