She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Levenson; and her parents, Hilda Friedman and Benjamin Friedman. She is survived by: her sons, Richard (Marie) and Stephen (Blaine); her grandchildren, Danielle, Frederic, Brooke (Michael) and Brent (Deena); her great grandchildren, Eli, Cece, Emet and Mollie; and her caregivers, Solange Asadov and Sonia Dwyer.

In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to Friends of Karen or Hospice Network at Northwell.
